5 ways to treat wrinkles on your face

Sun damage, stress, age, excessive work routines, sugar consumption, smoking, excess alcohol, cause wrinkles on the face and make you look much older. We can ‘streamline’ the aging process for you. Have you seen the beautiful soft-skinned women from Japan and Korea? They undergo many skin treatments on a regular basis, including a similar diet to ensure that the innate texture, glow and youth of their skin and face remain as they are. Trends show that an average Indian woman was not that interested in herself before. But times are changing and so are the perceptions of independent Indian women. They are now mentally prepared to take action and undergo cosmetic treatments to maintain their beauty. Wrinkles act as the biggest detractors in this process. Wrinkles under the eyes, on the forehead and around the lips are the most prominent. No one, not even Queen Elizabeth, can completely eliminate them. But we can definitely help you by delaying their appearance and we can make them less visible.

Wrinkles can be reduced by:

  1. MINIMIZE DIRECT SUN EXPOSURE: It’s more of a prevention tactic. UVA and UVB rays from the sun tend to damage healthy layers of the skin and enhance wrinkles. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid the sun and use a good sunscreen whenever you have to travel in the sun. Also, remember to always renew the sunscreen every 2 hours.
  2. MOISTURIZE YOUR SKIN WELL: Washing your face also removes its innate healthy oils. So, limit this habit of yours to just twice a day. Also be sure to use a good non-alcoholic toner after cleansing. Helps close pores and lock in oils for healthy-looking skin.
  3. RETINOIDS ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND: Retinoids have been shown time and time again to reduce wrinkles. Creams enriched with retinoids such as adapalene, tretinoin, etc. helps produce more collagen and hyaluronic acid within the skin, making it thicker to smooth wrinkles.
  4. VITAMIN C WILL ALSO HELP: Taking vitamin C in any form, whether it’s eating a food, a fruit, a vitamin C-rich fruit pack, or a multivitamin, helps tighten skin and reduce wrinkles. Rose water, orange, lemons, etc. are all good sources of vitamin C.
  5. ANTI-WRINKLE TREATMENTS: Expert dermatologists will analyze and customize treatments based on each individual’s separate root cause. We use technology-based solutions such as Botox, dermal fillers, muscle relaxants, face lifts, microneedling, dermal rollers, etc. in combination with suitable creams, serums and medicines to help our clients achieve smooth and wrinkle-free skin in a short period of time.
