Kundalini awakening: the safe method for Kundalini awakening.
Before discussing kundalini awakening … we need to understand the meaning of kundalini! Kundalini Shakti is that hidden positive energy stored in each human being upon awakening that each human being can reach the level of Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ and the Prophet Muhammad.
Kundalini awakening is possible by practicing the correct Yoga and meditation. Under normal circumstances, kundalini awakening is supposed to occur within a period of 11 million manifestations in the form of a human being. A serious seeker of spirituality always wants Kundalini awakening as soon as possible. Why?
Every true seeker of spirituality understands that unless kundalini awakening occurs … one will not be able to reach the level of Nirvikalpa samadhi and the stage of self-realization. Kundalini awakening is one hundred percent imperative before one can attain enlightenment in this life.
Besides practicing the Shavasana pose in Yoga and also Neti as advocated by Maharishi Ramana … one needs to practice absolute celibacy for kundalini awakening to occur.
Kundalini awakening is not something that can be taught in the form of books … it only comes from experience. As we move on the path of pure spirituality while practicing absolute celibacy and meditation … one day we will encounter our kundalini awakening.
The Kundalini energy stored within our spine slowly recedes. It is as if God is directly raising us up to realize God in a short period of time. It is a very noble experience for any true seeker of spirituality.
For Kundalini awakening to occur … we need to preserve the monthly quota of energy that is given to each man and woman. We simply cannot allow this energy to find pure physical channels of pleasure.
The path of Kundalini awakening will become clear with the following example:
In the normal routine, if we are forced to take 11 million steps on the ladder of spirituality … then it is also possible that we will take the elevator directly up and shorten the path.
This elevator … the shortcut is the path of kundalini that can be awakened by preserving the cosmic energy provided to each human being each month. As the stored energy increases … does the trip accelerate?
Every true seeker of spirituality has to switch to the resource of kundalini awakening in one day because the normal path can take millions of manifestations … a long journey indeed!
As the kundalini Shakti rises from the base of the spine towards the center of the forehead … one will experience very frightening flashes. Sometimes it is really scary because the awakening of the kundalini is accompanied by the shadow of a gigantic king cobra with many heads looking at you from a short distance.
The coiled serpentine kundalini Shakti has been likened to the power one experiences when seeing a coiled serpent come out of their dream. It is too terrifying an experience and many seekers of spirituality abandon their journey midway.
The coiled serpentine energy known as Kundalini Shakti is not to be feared. We have to look at the cobra’s face in all circumstances with the feeling that we have to overcome the fear that we carry within. Fearing the coiled Kundalini Shakti will do no good.
The practice of absolute celibacy causes a radical change in the personality of a serious seeker of spirituality. As we conquer the coiled kundalini Shakti … we will find an enormous radiance on our forehead visible to humanity.
The glow on the forehead of any human being directly represents the internal thought process of any human being. Plus the radiance … the higher man is supposed to be on the spiritual pedestal.
We can indulge in Kundalini awakening right now or in later manifestations … there is absolutely no escape. We have to indulge in the awakening of kundalini in one of the manifestations so that our soul (atman within our body) recovers its pristine purity from the earliest and is forever liberated from the cycle of birth and death.
In the last 150 years, two people have very successfully awakened their kundalini and realized God. Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana while advancing on the path of pure spirituality in search of God, fully awakened their kundalini. Only after their kundalini had awakened were they able to reach the stage of Nirvikalpa samadhi.
Every true seeker of spirituality understands the importance of Kundalini awakening. If we are going to realize God within our life … we have to awaken our kundalini completely in this very life. Unless we take the elevator straight up … we will not reach the level of an awakened … a living Buddha!
The awakening of Kundalini … as terrible as it may seem … is representative of the positive powers of the Cosmos surpassing the satanic powers forever. Every God-realized soul reaches the level of Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or the Prophet Muhammad only after having conquered negative forces forever by awakening the kundalini.
Kundalini awakening is best possible in a man … The main reason why in all of human history only two women had their kundalini fully awake … Gargi, the single philosopher and Maitreyi … the famous sage Jnanavalakya’s wife!
Gargi was that special lady who, having awakened her kundalini, indulged in the famous dialogues with the Pundit Mandan Mishra on the subject of sex. Gargi eventually defeated Pundit Mandan Mishra because she was a truly God-realized soul. Pundit Mandan Mishra had not yet awakened his kundalini.
Sage Jnanavalakya was that dominant force in King Janaka’s time that even before the contest began among 10,000 experts and sages gathered on stage … Sage Jnanavalakya ordered the prize money to be taken home. The sage Jnanavalakya was a truly God-realized soul. His kundalini had been fully awakened and he knew that no one in the assembly had reached his level of spiritual attainment.
Maitreyi … his obedient wife never pursued the mundane affairs of life … she longed to achieve self-realization during her lifetime. She knew well that her husband could impart her pearls of wisdom obtaining which she could awaken her kundalini and finally reach the stage of enlightenment.
Gargi and Maitreyi Universities in New Delhi, India, recall those enlightening times in human history that remind us that kundalini awakening is also possible for a woman.
Summing up, I need to emphasize the fact that precious semen must be stored if we really want Kundalini awakening as soon as possible. Only when the stored semen rises through the spine to the level of the center of the forehead … will we attain enlightenment within this life.
