But while searching through my friends and acquaintances repository of recipes, I found some gems that were not only tasty but also loaded with nutrition. So, without further ado, here are some of the proven recipes for some of the healthy food for your children.
No Bake Carrots and Date Balls: Carrots are nutritious and make some of the best and healthiest snacks for kids. Mix it with dried fruit and nuts for one of the tastiest and healthiest foods for kids. Follow this simple recipe for this nutritious snack.
Half (½) Kg of carrots (which you and your child could shred together)
1 cup dates (remove pits then measure)
1 ¾ cup walnuts or cashews
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¾ ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 pinch of ground nutmeg
¼ cup of grapes
1 cup coconut flour or almond flour or dehydrated coconut or flaxseed/oatmeal powder
Rinse and wash the carrots well and mash them together with your children.
Next, take all the ingredients together with the grated carrots and blend them in the blender.
Mix it until you get a smooth dough that can be rolled into small balls.
Once the balls are ready, roll them in the flour of your choice: almond, coconut, flaxseed or oatmeal powder.
Finally refrigerate or freeze the balls to firm up.
Serve with a glass of warm milk

Three lightly beaten eggs
In a bowl, mash the bananas.
Beat the eggs until well combined with the mashed bananas.
Once the dough is ready, take a non-stick pan and heat it over low heat.
Pour 1/3 of the batter into the pan and let it cook.
Once you see the bubbles appear, flip the side over and cook again for 1-2 more minutes.
Serve hot with banana slices and drizzled with maple syrup or honey.

6 slices of chicken breast or vegetable cutlets
6 slices of cheese
6 slices of cottage cheese
1 small tomato
1 stem of green onion or you can also take celery (depending on the availability of the ingredient)
The first step is to take an inventory of all the ingredients and gather them in one place.

Make the pupils with the green onion stem and stick them on the cheese eyes with the help of butter again
Next, you need to cut two long strands of the onion stem to make the antennae for your caterpillar.
Once everything is set you can cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve or you can serve right away to your kids and friends.
