How I lost 76 pounds in three months, the healthy way

I weighed 267lbs and found myself short of breath when walking even short distances, eating about 4 times a day (large meals) without moderation. It was hard for me to breathe as I bent down to pick something up. He had to eat something sweet every day, he ate between meals, he was a night owl and ate after midnight and only slept 5 hours at night. I didn’t know why I felt like this, dizzy, sweaty, blurry-eyed, tired all the time and not feeling well at all. So what really made this nightmare come true for me was that I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. My blood sugar was in the 400 range. I immediately started taking medication pills. I knew that if I was going to live I had to change my clothes and my weight. So I found this veterans hospital recommended weight loss program to lose body fat. It was £14 guaranteed in two weeks. He was in no condition to hesitate, he had to do something fast. I was skeptical, and it was my third program to try.

Let me say this, it takes three things to lose weight, believe me, I am living proof of that. They are the following:

1. Desire to lose weight – If you say I want to lose weight, and I’m going to eat McDonalds, or eat donuts, that’s not a wish. Desire means, change all eating habits, like vegetables, salads, not eating after 7:00 pm at night. You have to be determined and nothing will change your desire.

two. You have to be motivated– If you get up in the morning and say, I think I’ll skip my walk today and do it tomorrow, you’ll say the same thing tomorrow. When you wake up, you should be looking forward to doing your workout, no matter if it’s a 15-minute or 1-hour workout. You should expect your changed eating habits because you know the end result.

3. stay consistent– If your diet and training are going really well one day, and you skip the next day and eat cheesecake, you will lose what you did the day before, and your motivation and desire will decrease. When you set up your plan, DO NOT change it. Stick to it!

The plan I used helped me stay on track, and as I lost weight on this plan, my blood sugar level dropped. I cannot thank the Hollywood Weight Loss plan enough for what it has done for my life.
