Play Cashflow 101 Cheats

When you play Cashflow 101 for the first time, the game can seem difficult to understand, especially if you are intimidated by numbers and have no background in business math.

Don’t let that stop you though, because Cashflow 101 is one of the best tools for learning about the business of money, investing, and accounting.

Here are some “tricks” that will allow you to play Cashflow 101 with confidence. These cheats are simply gambling tips, so they are perfectly legal to use in-game.

  1. When you take out a $ 1 or $ 5 share, buy as much as you can. In fact, go ahead and spend all your cash on those stocks. When the same stocks go up to $ 20, $ 30, or even more, sell them right away for a big windfall. You can also try borrowing from the bank to buy as many shares as possible. This is a lossless proposition because the shares will not go to 0 when you play Cashflow 101. You cannot do this on Cashflow 202.
  2. Buy all the houses with small offers, even if it shows negative cash flow and even if another player steals the card. Negotiate. Don’t worry, you’re not supposed to keep it anyway. You will sell all your houses anyway when the market finds a home buyer.
  3. Don’t bother buying the condos. Sure you can get around $ 5,000 or $ 10,000 in one offer, but you can get a lot more in other offers while playing Cashflow 101.
  4. Don’t bother buying certificates of deposit or preferred stock unless you have $ 2,000,000 in cash or more. If you have that, buy as many units as you can. You should be out of the rat race.
  5. Buy all startup deals and raw land for sale. They bring great rewards later on as you play Cashflow 101 longer.
  6. Keep drawing small deals as long as you only have less than $ 200,000. When you get more than that, start making big deals. You should be able to buy any great deals that come up.
  7. When you play Cashflow 101, learn how to settle your liabilities. When you do, delete the corresponding expense. This should lower your expenses, increase your monthly cash flow, and allow you to get out before the rat race.

Play Cashflow 101 more often and you will get richer after each game. Robert Kiyosaki really created a winner in this game.
