Soft Sided Coolers – Caring For You Cooler

It is important that after you have purchased one of the soft sided coolers now available that you take care of yours properly. If you don’t, they can quickly be damaged and thus the properties of the insulation can be seriously affected.

Also, by making sure you take proper care of yours, you will reduce the chances of them getting bacteria or mold inside. Here are some guidelines on how to clean your soft-sided cooler to ensure it stays in the best condition it was when you first bought it.

1. You must make sure to remove any dirt or food particles from inside the cooler. So before you wash it, you should take a clean, damp cloth or sponge and wipe down the inside of the cooler making sure you get to all the nooks and crannies.

2. After cleaning the cooler, if you notice stubborn stains inside, mix some baking soda (baking soda) with a little warm water. Then very gently rub the stain with this mixture again using a clean, soft cloth.

3. You are now ready to wash your soft coolers. Mix a little warm water with a mild soap solution in a bowl. Take a cloth or sponge that has been soaked in the cleaning solution and remember to wring it out so that it is damp. You really don’t want to have a lot of water sloshing around inside the bag.

4. Then take another container of clean warm water and, using a new sponge cloth, wipe down the inside of the cooler to help remove any residual cleaning solution. Then after this, leave the lid open or folded back so that the air can dry it. Once it’s completely dry, you can save it for next time.
