The phone is expected to launch in the second or third quarter of 2007. It is a slider phone with some amazing features. Let’s take a close look at its feature set.

First of all, come to the visualization part. The Sony Ericsson W580i is equipped with a 262k color TFT display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. Pictures and videos taken with the built-in 2 megapixel camera (with 4x digital zoom) can be viewed on this screen in perfect clarity. But the main attraction of the phone is its Walkman music player which offers impressive sound output. FM radio with RDS is an added bonus on the phone. Additional music features like MegaBass, PlayNow, MusicDJ and TrackID add more “power” to your music journey.

The phone has an internal memory of 12 MB plus the Memory Stick Micro M2 option. Connectivity is as good as you’d expect, thanks to EDGE, Bluetooth, GPRS, fast port, modem, PC sync and USB.
