Build muscle with raw eggs!

Raw eggs are very taboo, but unfairly. Almost anyone can benefit from eating raw eggs, but no one can gain more from eating them than those looking to gain more muscle. Raw eggs help create the most anabolic environment possible within the body.

Eggs contain the most complete protein available in the world, making them ideal for bodybuilding. Eggs are not the evil food many believe them to be, and many top athletes consume a dozen or more eggs a day! Eggs are completely safe to consume in such large quantities and provide a number of health benefits when eaten this way, as is easily found in various health magazines. Why would someone consume raw eggs instead of cooked? For a number of reasons; health and convenience are among the first. Raw eggs are healthier than boiled eggs because the nutrients and enzymes are destroyed in the cooking process, just like any fatty food. This destruction of enzymes does not occur when you simply eat raw eggs, so you get all the health benefits of the egg. Second, when you eat a lot of eggs every day, which you should if you’re looking to build a lot of lean muscle, then you’ll find it cumbersome and difficult to get them all cooked. But isn’t there a risk of salmonella poisoning? Yes, there is a risk, an absolutely small risk! The US Department of Agriculture found that only 1 in 30,000 eggs is contaminated with salmonella – about 0.003% of all eggs! The risk of salmonella poisoning is dramatically increased among commercially produced chickens, so if you stick to quality farm-fresh eggs, you’re much less likely to worry about salmonella poisoning.
