Fight Bronchitis With Everyday Home Remedies, Before It Gets You Down

Drink much liquid.

Smoking is bad. Secondhand smoke (inhaling other people’s smoke) is just as bad as smoking. So stay away from smoke in general.

Humidify the air and your environment.

It is better to have a vaporizer in your bedroom when you sleep at night if you feel a bronchial attack or a restricted airway. Moisture helps to relax and ease the tense membranes of the bronchial tubes and is good for reducing coughing.

Exercise regularly, do you have to be kidding? Exercise is good for people with breathing difficulties (in a moderate environment, of course).
