Extensive scientific research has indicated that healthy people have constant alkaline levels.

Acidosis or alkalosis?

The human body is 70% water and in its attempt to balance positive ions (acids) and negative ions (alkaline) it is compromised by poor diet and lack of exercise thus creating problems that can go unnoticed for years.

In general, when our body acid level averages higher peaks than lows, this can have an adverse effect on our health and immune system.

Vegetables: Asparagus, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, eggplant, fermented vegetables, garlic, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, parsnips, bell peppers, squash, turnips, peas, spinach, sweet potatoes, watercress, wild Vegetables.

Fruit: All berries, apples, apricots, avocado, bananas, cantaloupe, cherries, currants, dates, figs, grapefruit, grapes, kiwi, lemons, limes, mango, melons, nectarines, oranges, papaya, peaches, pears, pineapples, grapes, Tangerines, Tomatoes, Watermelon.

Proteins: Almonds, chestnuts, cottage cheese, eggs, flax seeds, hemp seeds, millet, pumpkin seeds, sprouted seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, yogurt.
