Fitness as a tool to lose weight

“Fitness does us good in proportion to the pleasure we derive from it” is an old saying worth remembering.

Healthy exercise can be pleasurable, but it is not always recognized as such. Bad habits have been ingrained to make every healthy innovation seem labor-intensive. Consequently, we cannot always judge the value of any newly applied form of training solely on the evidence of its pleasure.

We are a product of what our parents and teachers made us; unfortunately they often make a mess of the work. Fortunately, if an exercise is in harmony with our nature and innate needs, we soon come to enjoy it.

Today’s sedentary lifestyle makes hobbies and sports essential additions to our daily lives. Whether in gardening, cycling, carpentry, tennis, golf, horseback riding, swimming, athletics or road racing.

It’s important to choose the type of activity you enjoy because, as they say, “whatever floats your boat.”

Cycling is my main exercise but I only bike to get from one place to another and since I live about 5 kilometers from the nearest town I bike 10k every day. Cycling would certainly not be my sport of choice. Athletics is. The point is that you choose something that you enjoy doing.

Start from where you are when it comes to fitness. I may be considered fit compared to most people my age, but when I start my athletics campaign, I test my fitness to start by running around a grass field several times. I start with five laps around the paddock just to test my fitness.

This is after I haven’t done any jogging for a year or so and I’m not as fit as I could be.

One thing to keep in mind is that it takes a while to build up your fitness, but lose it much quicker once you stop exercising.

It takes you weeks to reach your optimal fitness level, but if you haven’t played much sport, you may not be sure where your peak is. The only way to find out is to just go out there and compete in the sport, but that doesn’t necessarily mean competing against others, but against yourself.

It’s important not to run too hard at first, but to set yourself small tasks at first and then increase the distance and intensity as your fitness level increases. There are a number of running books available that can point you in the right direction. Some of the workout routines in these books may seem overwhelming at first, so it’s a good idea to narrow them down according to your fitness and ability level.

That’s setting personal best times.

It gives great satisfaction to achieve personal best times in various events. Even if he has been in track and field before and has reached an age where he will never achieve the times he did when he was younger, he can set new personal best times for his age category.

Another benefit of exercise is that it helps you make new friends. Training sessions with other athletes will widen your social circles. This will encourage you in your goal of living a more exercise-oriented life.

Living an active life has several benefits.

1 Help control your weight

2 Improves the feeling of well-being

3 Build Relationships

Living a more active life will have many health benefits, so developing your own plan to increase your fitness is a piece of cake. It’s just a matter of getting out of your comfort zone and trying.
