Healthy recipes!

It is very easy to cook healthy recipes, without spending too much time and energy. All you need is a little practice. And after a few tests, you can mix and match ingredients, creating unique flavors to tempt your taste buds.

In today’s fast-paced environment, the entire body is still looking for quick fixes. Whether it’s packaged meals, canned things, or picking up junk at the fast food joint next door. But in all this rush, we overlook our dietary needs. This in turn leads to common medical conditions and is referred to as the most common irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

There are several ways to make healthier recipes.

Increase intake or switch to whole foods by replacing white with whole wheat bread, rice, pasta, lasagna sheets. They taste just as good.

Increase the amount of fiber in your diet through the intake of fresh vegetables, legumes and fruits. As far as possible reduce or stop meat. There are quite a few examples of animal diseases being transferred to humans, for example, the mad cow epidemic. Replace meat with more vegetables in recipes like stews and casseroles.

Try to reduce the fat content in your meals, especially if you are a ‘couch potato’. Consume low-fat cheese, skim milk. Try and replace cream with other ingredients like buttermilk, yogurt whenever possible.

Avoid products like MSG as they are harmful to health. For this reason, in many of the recipes I have indicated its use as (optional), because many people still like to incorporate it into their diet.

Try to keep the levels of salt in your food low, as higher consumption can lead to heart and blood pressure problems.

Avoid fatty salad dressings (replace with avocado dressing or salsa) or more sugar when preparing recipes.

Regardless of all your healthy eating habits, remember that water consumption is extremely important to life. Medically it is recommended to consume a lot of water at least 8 glasses (1½ liters) a day. Water is a vital element in flushing toxins and waste products from the body.

All these dietary guidelines are a way to develop healthy recipes for a happy and disease-free life.
