How Enzymes, Lecithin, and Chlorophyll Reduce Acne

Systemic enzymes

If you have recent acne scars or pock marks, you may be able to remove them with a product called Vitalzym.

You won’t hear this from your doctor or dermatologist, but systemic enzymes, such as serapeptase, found in Vitalzym, can remove excess fibrin, which forms the scar tissue that forms acne pox marks.

Systemic enzymes have a different function than digestive enzymes. Systemic enzymes work on the body’s organs, tissues, skin, and joints to remove excess fibrin, which accumulates in these areas. Systemic enzymes

* Carries nutrients to the damaged area.

* Improves well-being

* Helps accelerate the repair of damaged tissue.

* Improves blood and lymphatic circulation.

* Reduce inflammation

* Eliminate waste products

* Stimulate the immune system

Digestive enzymes

However, digestive enzymes are used to help you digest the food you eat. If you eat mostly processed foods, these foods do not have digestive enzymes to help digest them. Your body has to draw them from deep within your body to digest the food in your stomach or intestines.

After many years of eating processed foods instead of live foods, such as raw fruits and vegetables, the supply of digestive enzymes will decrease and you will not digest food as well as when you were younger.

Supplementing your diet with digestive enzymes and taking them with every meal will ensure that you digest your food properly. This will reduce the amount of undigested food that enters the colon where toxic matter forms. Also, this will minimize your chances of constipation. Good digestion and colon function are necessary to prevent, clear, or eliminate acne.

Lecithin

Lecithin is made from soybeans and is found in health food stores in yellow granules. It is an emulsifier, which is a substance that helps fats and non-greasy fats to mix and stay together without separating.

In the blood, lecithin prevents fats from forming large globes, which can create problems if arteries become narrow. Lecithin also has many other benefits such as,

* Improves digestion and absorption of essential fatty acids.

* Improves skin problems.

* Improves memory

* Reduce the cholesterol

Add 1-2 tablespoons of granules to your smoothies. Add a teaspoon or two to your soups or other liquid foods. Sprinkle a teaspoon or more on your fresh salads.

Chlorophyll and lemon

Chlorophyll is one of the best ways to detoxify the colon quickly. Your colon must constantly detox to prevent toxins from entering your blood and seeping into your facial skin, where they can create acne. It also helps the skin stay healthy by acting as a

* antioxidant

* anti-inflammatory

* antimicrobial agent

* absorb heavy metals in the colon

Here are some of the benefits you will get from drinking chlorophyll:

* Heal open wounds within your body.

* Increases the regrowth of tissues.

* Helps heal mouth sores.

* Acts as an antiseptic

* Destroy bacteria

* Provides more oxygen to your cells.

* Provide protection against low levels of radiation, such as televisions, computers, microwaves, and hospital equipment.

* Reduces toxins in the colon and body.

* Helps purify the liver

* Helps sores heal faster

* Reduces the pain of inflammation.

Here’s how to prepare it first thing in the morning,

* Place 2-3 tablespoons of liquid chlorophyll in an 8 oz glass

* Squeeze the juice of a whole lemon into the glass.

* Add distilled water to fill 8 oz. Glass.

The reason I add a lemon to this drink is to give it a little flavor. It’s hard for me to just drink chlorophyll and water. It has a mild flavor. You can try adding the chlorophyll to some other drink if you like.

You can’t overdose on liquid chlorophyll, which is why I sometimes drink 2 ounces plus the juice of a lemon in an 8-ounce glass of water.
