Avocado Smoothies: Avocado is rich in magnesium which reduces the risk of excess abdominal fat

AVOCADO, BANANA AND BERRY SMOOTHIE

You can add almost anything in a smoothie to enhance its flavor, such as honey, tofu, jams, any combination of fruits, peanut butter, juices, etc., but keep in mind that it will affect the nutritional values.

Half ripe avocado

1 to 1 1/2 frozen bananas

4 to 5 frozen or fresh strawberries

Splash with nonfat soy or other nut milk

pinch of cardamom

pinch of allspice

Anything else you fancy… Nuts, fruits, spices, etc. Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired texture is achieved.

I prefer it smooth, but some like a chewy drink. Very very delicious! Serves: 1.

AVOCADO AVALANCHE SMOOTHIE

1 large avocado

2 teaspoons of condensed milk

1 cup of ice

Scoop out the avocado in the blender.

Add 2 teaspoons of condensed milk or a little more, depending on how sweet you like it. Then add the ice and blend everything until you have a semi-creamy texture.

PEAR AND AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

1 large pear, chopped

1/2 cup of green grapes

1/4 avocado

2 teaspoons of honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Mix and top with chopped walnuts.
