cure acne fast and forever

If you have landed on this page and have an acne condition, then this information has been written specifically for you. Not long ago, when I was a teenager, I was affected by this condition (although acne still affects adults very often, even up to the age of 30). I am fully aware of not only the visible and physical side effects, but also, more importantly, the mental and emotional problems it can cause, including damaged self-esteem.

But, possibly just like you, I didn’t do anything about it, stuck my head in the sand and just hoped it would go away soon. Breaking news. You will most likely be stuck with this problem for at least a few more years. Maybe even 10 more years. Unless you do something about it!

Don’t waste these precious and happy years of your life putting up with acne! Don’t be like me for years and tell yourself “it will go away in the next 2 weeks, maybe a month”. it won’t. All you need to do is step out of your comfort zone a bit and consider your options. You need to take action, or Mother Nature will. Trust me, why wait to fix this problem, when you can also do it now, before wasting any more time?

Now, if your acne condition is mild, simple home remedies that you can do yourself can improve the problem. In fact I am going to share with you some that worked for me. The two things I used to do before taking the slightly more drastic step to get rid of my acne permanently was to use toothpaste and a product called “Ungvita”. Applying toothpaste to the affected area just before going to bed (without rinsing) actually helps in the early stage of the pimple healing process while it is still infected. In some cases, it actually cut the time the pimple was infected in half (from 4-6 days to as little as 2 days), but even then those results were bland.

Ungvita, found at your local pharmacy or pharmacy, is a great product that is used specifically for all types of skin damage. Now, at first, during the initial stage while the pimple is infected, it will be useless as your body is still fighting the infection and not in the healing process yet (this is where the toothpaste comes in). Once the pimple has settled a bit (with no signs of pus or any other nasty fluids), start applying a thin layer of Ungvita to the affected area. First of all, it will reduce redness and sharp visual pain. Second, the acne will start to heal very quickly, sometimes twice as fast as usual, sometimes perhaps only 25% faster.

Between these two methods, I reduced my acne healing time from about 3 weeks to about 8-10 days, sometimes even faster depending on the type of pimple.

But keep in mind !!!! These methods do not stop the problem; they only speed up the healing process!!!!!!

Everything I write here is 100% from my personal experience. If you’ve been suffering from acne for months, or even years, these do-it-yourself home remedies don’t STOP the problem. You need the determination or maybe even the courage to stick your head out of the sand and DO something about it. Remember, physical, mental, emotional, social and self-esteem problems are not worth it and you don’t have to deal with it if you don’t want to. Unfortunately, that means in some cases spending a lot of money on products, creams, medicines, etc. That ‘s what I did. I spent a lot of money on expensive creams and medicines. And you know what, it worked! Never again did acne try to ruin my life. But… you may not need to do this. Especially if your acne condition is not too severe.

The BEST way to tackle your acne problem is to try a new, slightly more intense method every time the old one fails, while spending as little money as possible, of course. So don’t jump right into an expensive doctor’s prescription drug program. Chances are you won’t have acne that bad, plus they almost always have very negative side effects on your overall health. For example, Roacatin, usually a prescription drug that is very strong and will probably even damage your body’s organs.
