Good health or sugar – are you ready to let go of the pain?

No legitimate scientist or medical expert would deny that eating sugar is a health risk, or has some nutritional value, unless, of course, they work with or are sponsored by a company that is related to a sugar product.

I’ve seen confectionery company sponsored nutrition lectures or allergy medical discussions, not to mention dairy because that topic was sponsored by the dairy company.

In a ridiculous move to a small town where I used to live, the baker proudly showed me a signed statement from his flour company stating that there was no wheat allergy, signed by an expert with a Ph.D.

If you stop consuming all the sugars in your diet, including all grains and processed foods for just one month, you can make some important discoveries about your health.

Generally, people lose weight, their skin improves, they have less joint and body pain, fewer headaches, more energy, and sleep better. Many even experience a reduction in the symptoms of their autoimmune diseases.

Some will make big, some small, and some in between. The thing is, you won’t know unless you put a stop to these foods. If you do this and cheat, you will never know what benefits you could achieve.

I am sure that the vast majority of people will benefit, because there is at least 15 years of information available on hundreds of thousands of people.
