1. Take 10 grams of bishop’s weed (ajwain) in a clean cloth and tie all the ends of the cloth with an elastic band. Heat this cloth in a container. Now smell this. Nasal obstruction is eliminated with this home remedy.

2. Mix 5 ml of fresh garlic juice (lahsun) with holy basil (tulsi), four black peppers (kali mirch), one clove (laung) and one teaspoon of honey. Consume this mixture twice a day to alleviate this condition.

3. Suck liquorice (mulethi). This is an effective home remedy for coughs, colds, and sore throats. You can also take mulethi along with honey 2-3 times a day.

4. Garlic (lahsun) is a valuable herb in the treatment of cough and cold. Fresh garlic juice (10-15 ml) along with an equal amount of honey is a useful home remedy.

5. Drink warm water, especially after meals. This will soothe and soothe an irritated and sore throat.

6. Nasal obstruction can be removed by applying eucalyptus oil (3 drops in each nostril). It will also clear up sinus ailments.

7. Tea prepared with holy basil (tulsi) and garlic (lahsun) is beneficial in calming agitated airways.

10. Eat whole gram bread with clarified butter (ghee). Drink a glass of lemon juice mixed with hot water afterwards for plenty of strength and relief. It will clear the nose, reduce sneezing and soothe the throat.
