How to fix missing mouse pointer issue in Windows 7
It can be really irritating to see your mouse pointer, also known as your cursor, slip out of sight over and over again. Your mouse pointer can be lost due to a number of reasons such as improper installation, corrupted drivers and compatibility issues, etc. With this in mind, we have designed a complete free Windows 7 support to help you get rid of missing or missing mouse issues on your Windows 7 PC and also prevent them from reoccurring.

Make sure you are logged in as an administrator on your Windows 7 computer, otherwise it will not allow you to make such changes.
When you’re done, click the Begin and type ‘mmc devmgmt.msc’ (without quotes and as is). You do not need to press the Enter key to continue. It is because when you type this command, you will see the mmc development file in the search results at the top under Programs. The right button of the mouse mmc development and click Execute as an administrator. you will be in the Device administrator window. For example, you have an NVIDIA graphics card whose drivers you want to update.
Right click on the NVIDIA card, click on uninstall. If prompted, enter your administrator password and confirm the action. When you’re done, exit Device Manager and check again. Your mouse pointer should now work fine and should not disappear. You can also install the correct drivers using the original installation disc for your device.
If you think your graphics card drivers have been corrupted or out of date, right-click on it and click Update Driver Software. Windows 7 will ask you to find the correct video drivers online or manually install them from a driver software file. If you click on the first option Automatically search for updated driver software, make sure you are connected to the Internet. When finished, exit Device Manager and restart your computer. This is a tried and tested solution to the missing mouse issue on Windows 7 and Vista PCs.
Another method to keep your mouse constantly in view is to close a website (if online) that has embedded flash videos. The mouse pointer should never disappear afterwards. If this doesn’t work for you, check if you have installed a mouse plugin. if you have such a plugin, update it to the latest version from your publisher’s website. This should fix the problem permanently. Skip to the next step if this doesn’t work for you.
